Frequently asked questions

Where are you located?

Our address is 8966 East 96th Street, Fishers IN. We are just east of I-69 right off 96th Street.

Do I need an appointment?

We’re happy to have you whenever you come! However, we always recommend making an appointment because there are days when our schedule is completely full. By making an appointment, it allows each bride to have the full attention of one of our fabulous bridal stylists and gives her time to find THE dress. We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but to make sure we have a stylist available to help you please call us at 317-288-2903 or submit the Appointment Form on our Contact page.

How long should I expect my appointment to last?

Each appointment is 1 hour long. If you’d like an 1.5 hour appointment, please make a request for a weekday appointment.

Will I need alterations?

For both order and off-the-rack gowns, we come as close to your size as possible, but all bridal gowns need alterations of some sort to fit perfectly for your wedding day. Typical alterations include adding a bustle and hemming the dress to the perfect length.

Do you offer alterations?

We do! We offer in-house alterations to all of our brides, and accept outside brides as our seamstress has time. Please call to schedule your first fitting 3 months before your wedding date to start alterations.  Bring all undergarments and your bridal shoes with you to each appointment. Learn more on the Alterations page.

What is the price range of your bridal gowns?

Our prices range from $1,000 – $2,000, for both order and off-the-rack gowns. All gown sales are final due to the custom and delicate nature of wedding gowns.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry a wide variety of bridal sizes, from 6 – 20+, as well as order gowns in standard sample sizes between 8 - 18.

How many guests can I bring with me?

Though we recommend you bring no more than 2-3 guests, but we are able to accommodate larger parties of up to 6 people, not including the bride.

When should I order my wedding gown?

Depending on the designer and time of year, a dress can take up to 4 to 6 months to produce. When shipping time and alterations are considered, the total process can take up to 12 months. However, some designers have quicker delivery times or offer a rush delivery for a fee. For weddings within 6 months, we have plenty of gorgeous off-the-rack options!

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Take some time to look through Pinterest and designer websites so you have a general idea of what you prefer in a wedding dress. Visit our Pinterest Page to shop our inventory! This will help us get started in the selection process, although your stylist will also have some recommendations that you will love. It is helpful to bring undergarments of similar styles that you will wear on your wedding day, including strapless bras and nude underwear!
